Your questions, answered honestly

Everything from "what is a peptide" to storage, safety and shipping, in plain English.

Getting started

What exactly is a peptide?
A short chain of amino acids, the building blocks of proteins, only smaller. Many act as signalling molecules that instruct the body to repair tissue, calm inflammation or defend a surface like the gut lining. Read more on our science page.
Which product should I start with?
Most owners start with BPC-157 for soft-tissue and recovery support. TB-500 is the deeper-repair partner, and the Blend combines both in one vial. Our peptide chooser and dose tool both help.
Do I have to inject?
Yes, all three of our products are given as a tiny subcutaneous injection with a U-100 insulin needle, the same kind diabetic pets get daily. Most owners find it far easier than expected, and every order includes a step-by-step guide.

Safety & the vet

Is this safe for my pet?
Given by body weight as a small subcutaneous injection with veterinary input, these are designed as supportive care used under a vet's guidance. Always involve your vet, especially for young, pregnant, elderly, unwell or medicated animals. Products are research-use and not registered veterinary medicines.
Is this legal in Australia?
Our products are sold as nutritional support for animals, not registered veterinary medicines. We recommend using them within a relationship with your veterinarian, framed as supportive care. See our terms.
Should I tell my vet?
Yes, always. The best outcomes come from working with your vet, not around them.

Dosing & use

How do I work out the dose?
Use the free dosing calculator: choose the peptide and your animal, and it returns the reconstitution recipe and insulin-syringe units. Confirm with your vet before starting.
How is a horse dosed compared to a cat?
By body weight, so a 450 kg horse takes far more than a 4 kg cat. The calculator scales it and warns when a dose is too small to measure accurately.
How long until I see results?
Mobility and gut support work gradually, judge them over weeks (often 8–12 for mobility). Track one repeatable sign at home.

Quality & shipping

Do you provide a COA?
Yes, a scannable Certificate of Analysis ships with every batch. Learn to read one in our COA explainer.
How do I store it?
Lyophilised vials: cool, dry, out of light. After reconstitution: refrigerate. Full detail on our storage & handling page.
Where do you ship and how fast?
Fast Australia wide, arriving in 2 to 5 business days, tracked. Always free. See shipping and returns.
