What we collect
- Order details: name, email, phone, shipping address and order history.
- Payment information: processed by our payment providers (e.g. card processors, Afterpay). We never store full card numbers.
- Pet details you volunteer: species, weight and health goals entered into the dose calculator or support messages. Calculator inputs stay in your browser and are not transmitted to us.
- Site analytics: anonymised usage data and cookies to improve the site.
How we use it
- To fulfil and deliver orders, process refunds and provide support.
- To send order updates, and marketing emails only if you opt in, unsubscribe with one click, any time.
- To improve products, dosing guidance and the website.
What we never do
- Sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
- Share your details with third parties beyond what's needed to run the store (shipping carriers, payment processors, email provider).
- Store your data outside providers with Australian-compliant safeguards.
Access, correction and complaints
You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@peptidesforpets.com.au. If you believe we've mishandled your information, contact us first, if you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
